    My name is Susan Dongarra and I"m so honored that you are here!  

      

    This space was created out of my own need for compassionate care and healing. 


    For decades, I lived with the weight of chronic stress, burnout, and overwhelm until my nervous system reached its breaking point. From those experiences, I created a program that offers what I couldn’t find at the time:  practical, sustainable, integrated and compassionate support for women in crisis, and the framework for rebuilding health and actionable change through self-discovery, self-trust, self-honor, and self-empowerment from the inside out.


    The framework of Self-Care Mastery & Ten Pillars of Health is not about striving for perfection or chasing a lifestyle ideal. It is pathway, a blueprint to healing. It's also a tool for learning. To help you re-define who you are and who you want to become. It's a tool to help you identify self-sabotaging beliefs, mindsets and habits by replacing them with sustainable beliefs, habits, and mindset. You will learn how to take care of your temple, regulate your nervous system, restore energy, and find stability in life, even when life feels uncertain. 


    Whether it’s through a one-on-one mentorship, intimate or private holistic yoga classes or community healing circles, every offering is designed to provide safe, accessible, nuanced and sustainable practices that supports the whole person. 


    I bring both lived experience and professional training certifications in Nutrition, Holistic Health, Life Coaching, and Yoga Education. I incorporate somatic and trauma-informed approaches that honors each individual’s unique story. With more than two decades of experience in business ownership, leadership, alternative health, and holistic case management, I translate insight into meaningful, actionable steps that clients can use right away.

    This is the heart of my work. It’s the framework that was created out of my own need for recovery and healing. It is for women in crisis who are coming out of divorce, loss, grief, narcissistic abuse, chronic stress, trauma and nervous system dys-regulation. This program helps women re-define self-worth, self-honor, resilience, and a life rooted in meaning and purpose. Through this mentorship program, you will learn how to re-claim self-empowerment and take back the destiny of your own life through Self-Care Mastery & The Ten Pillars of Health.

      

    🌿 Holistic Yoga & The Art of Self Care

    Holistic Yoga is an integrated , whole body approach to yoga that blends gentle movement, restorative practices, meditation, mindful self-awareness, introspection and self-care mastery. Each class  weaves in breathwork, somatic awareness, and self-care guidance so you feel connected to your body, inside and out. My classes are not fitness classes, they are grounded in holistic and integrated mind-body practices that bring about a sense of inner calm and overall well-being. 


    🤝 The Healing Circle

    We will gather in community to share our life experiences, reflect on and gather the nuanced and collective lessons and tools we have learned that have projected us forward, and practice self-care together. The Healing Circle offers a safe, supportive space for connection and growth, where stories and practices remind us we are not alone and that strength and purpose are foundational to any healing journey. 


    🧠 Trauma-Informed Support

    Healing isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. My trauma-informed practice respects your nervous system, it meets you where you are right now. There is no pushing, I  will honor your story and your need to be seen and heard in an environment that is safe and healing. Whether it's through holistic yoga or personalized, integrated and compassionate mentorship, you’ll find loving support and care for navigating through transition and emotional healing.

    💖 Giving Back

    Care for the women in our community matters. A portion of my time and energy is dedicated to outreach and support programs who help women in crisis because healing ripples outward when we share our stories.


    🍪 Gifts from the Heart

    My small and humble Arizona cottage kitchen is a place of creativity and joy. Through making small-batch cookies, butters and jams, I create and share personalized gifts made from intention and with love. These gifts are great for your office staff, neighbors, friends, family or anyone who needs a sweet pick me up treat that says, "you matter." Each gift comes wrapped with a card and a small bundle of flowers. A portion of these proceeds are donated to local domestic violence shelters within the Phoenix valley.



    🌸One final thought.

    We need each other more than ever. Let this be my personal invitation for you to step forward and be part of a grass roots approach to community connection and healing. In this digital world of disconnectedness, my goal is to bring back face-to-face, heart-to-heart and an attunement to human connection and co-regulation in a world that’s forgotten how.
