The Healing Circle is a supportive and intentional gathering created for women seeking deeper connection, meaningful conversation, and space to reconnect with themselves in a more grounded and honest way.
This is more than a class or workshop. It is an opportunity to slow down, step away from the noise and demands of everyday life, and experience the comfort of being in community with others who are also navigating life’s tender and transformative seasons.
Through the guiding principles of Self-Care Mastery & The Ten Pillars of Health, each gathering gently weaves together mindful movement, grounding practices, nourishing food, reflective conversation, journaling, breath awareness, rest, and supportive self-care experiences designed to nurture the body, mind, and nervous system.
Held in an intimate and welcoming environment's, The Healing Circle is designed to feel warm, personal, restorative, and deeply human. It is a space where women can gather authentically, share honestly, reflect openly, and feel supported without pressure, performance, or expectation.
Each participant will receive a copy of the Self-Care Mastery & The Ten Pillars of Health Workbook, a companion guide filled with educational insights, reflective prompts, self-care practices, and space for personal reflection and growth.
The Healing Circle is especially supportive for those navigating stress, burnout, grief, caregiving fatigue, emotional overwhelm, relationship changes, life transitions, or the quiet feeling of becoming disconnected from themselves.
While the foundation of each gathering remains rooted in self-awareness, restoration, and intentional self-care, every circle evolves naturally through the shared experiences, conversations, wisdom, and humanity of those present.
Because healing does not happen in isolation.
There is something profoundly restorative about being seen, heard, understood, and reminded that we are not alone in what we carry.
At its heart, The Healing Circle is a return to connection.
