At the heart of Moving Life Yoga is the belief that yoga is more than a practice. Yoga is a progressive and systematic path that leads you back to yourself and has been a foundational and ever-present guide in my self care journey. The Self-Care Series is a gentle, restorative offering that invites you to pause, soften, attune to your inner self and start honoring what's there.
Each trauma informed class blends nourishing movement, deep rest, and mindful self-inquiry prompts whch are rooted in Self-Care Mastery. This includes present moment awareness, self-control, rest and nourishment for your temple, emotional resilience, mindfulness, and connection to purpose. Through reflective journaling, mantras, breathwork, gentle movement that removes stagnated energy and learnig to feel present and safe in stillness, we’ll explore what it truly means to care for yourself from the inside out.
Whether you're recovering from burnout, reclaiming your worth, or simply craving more space to breathe and be more connected to yourself, my classes are here to support you and to hold you in a safe space.
