Self-Care Mastery: A Sacred Return to Yourself

Self-Care Mastery isn’t just a wellness program, it’s a reclaiming of YOU.

It’s a path forward that honors you as a whole, integrated being: body, mind, heart, and soul. It was born from the ashes of my own lived experience and decades spent putting others first, navigating trauma, codependency, estrangement, abuse, betrayal, grief, burnout, and the long road back home to myself.


What I’ve learned is this:


Healing isn’t a destination. It’s a practice.
A daily, deliberate return to yourself, again and again, with tenderness, truth, and trust.

This is not about surface-level self-care or one-size-fits-all fixes. It’s not about bubble baths and candles (though those can be lovely).


True self-care is radical. It’s soul work and it's powerful!
It’s honoring your full humanity as a human being, your resilience, your fortitude, your wounds, your light and your shadows.


Self-Care Mastery was created for women like you—women who are ready to stop surviving and start truly living. Not perfectly. Not all at once. But intentionally. With courage. With compassion. And with the support you deserve.


The 10 Pillars of Self-Care Mastery

These ten pillars are more than concepts, they are invitations to take a deeper look into areas of life that are truly foundational to health and wellbeing.  Through self awareness and self reflection you start to identify what's working and what isn't working.


Each one is a practical, embodied way to reconnect with your truth, your health, restore your nervous system, and remember who you are.

  • Strategy:  We need to look at our approach to wellbeing with strategy.

  • Let Food be thy Medicine:  The foods you consume have a huge impact on your health and wellbeing.  You are what you eat.
  • Integrated nourishment:  What we feed our bodies goes beyond food and nutrition.  
  • Physical nourishment:  Includes food, water, air, your environment & people nourish our bodies physically and emotionally.
  • Non-Physical nourishment:  The information you consume via MSM and Social Media impacts wellbeing.  Consume wisely.

  • Sleep Quality: The quality of your sleep is directly connected to every pillar of health in your self-care mastery journey.  The habits we create, whether good or bad, will impact your sleep and your body's ability to rejuvenate and heal.  
  • Mindful Sleep:  Create a consistent bedtime routine that signals to your body it’s time to unwind.  You can do this with your kids, too!  Keep your bedroom cool, dark, and free of distractions.  Limit screen time 2 hours before bed and embrace calming activities like family circle time, listening to music, restorative yoga, journaling or mindful meditations.

  • Antidote to Stress:  RELAXATION
  • Set Boundaries: Protect your peace by learning to say no to what doesn’t serve you or preserve you. 
  • Self-Care Rituals: Build in moments for relaxation, whether through hobbies, nature walks, or simply savoring a cup of tea.
  • Release Techniques: Use deep breathing exercises and somatic movement to calm and regulate your nervous system to regain balance.
  • I don't have time.  You have an app on your phone that will track the amount of time you spend on social media platforms.  Do this for 1 week and you will be both shocked and enlightened at the number of hours you spend weekly scrolling your time away.  Time is a valuable resource.  Spend it wisely.

  • Movement & Nourishment:  Both are foundational to energy cultivation.

  • Ground Yourself: Practice grounding by walking barefoot on grass or sand to connect to the Earth’s energy.
