Hi there!  I’m Susan, a holistic self-care coach, yoga educator, life-long seeker of knowledge and truth, trauma survivor, and kitchen alchemist.


At the core of my being is a primal desire to live an authentic, holistic, and beautifully simple life. This calling runs deep in my veins and is woven through my ancestral roots, family traditions, and the quiet wisdom passed down through generations of strong, resilient, intuitive women.


I’m inspired daily by the bounty of the Earth and the sacred pause it invites when we choose to slow down, breathe deep, and attune to its rhythms. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a seeker.  A seeker of healing, of wholeness, of truth.  I'm a lover of real food, self-liberation, and soulful connection.


For four decades I juggled corporate jobs, compulsive people pleasing, single motherhood, unhealthy relationships, and the silent complexity of chronic stress and overwhelm. My nervous system finally waved the white flag, and I discovered that real healing isn’t found in a pill bottle or a productivity hack, it’s rooted in radical, sustainable self-care.


Today, I blend evidence-based nervous-system regulating tools with nourishing, integrated practices and rituals so women in transition can reclaim their identity, health, energy, purpose, and peace. My credentials include certifications in Nutrition & Wellness, Professional Life Coaching, and Yoga Therapy. I also bring over two decades of experience in business leadership and the practical skills that help turn insight into meaningful action.


The Self-Care Mastery Program


 This signature program is the foundation of my work and the living system that nourishes every other offering I provide.


Self-Care Mastery is built around ten powerful pillars of health. You'll take gentle, consistent action that replaces all-or-nothing thinking. You'll learn to use food as medicine with whole-food strategies to support your temple.  You’ll explore how to support restful sleep, align with your circadian rhythm, and begin to repair your nervous system. We’ll work with tools like breathwork, somatic release, boundary-setting, mindset shifts, and nature-based routines and habits that will help energize and sustain you on your healing journey.


Each pillar offers a pathway to reconnect with yourself. Whether you're navigating burnout, trauma, transition, or simply longing to feel more alive in your own skin, this program is designed to support you from the inside out.


My program begins with a 60-minute intake and a self-care assessment to uncover your unique strengths and stressors. You’ll receive my Self Care Mastery workbook filled with information, resources, mantras, affirmations, and journaling prompts to support each pillar of health. From there, we connect through weekly live Zoom calls, or in person, whatever you prefer and together we will start creating your personalized Self Care Mastery manifesto and the sustainable rythum that honors your body as an integrated being.  We can start small and go from there.


 

Holistic Health Life Coaching

  

Sometimes you need more personalized support. My coaching process is trauma-informed and grounded in somatic movement and nervous system regulation. Together, we’ll examine thought patterns that drain your energy, explore habits that support your healing, and create routines that align with your season of life.

Whether you're navigating caregiving, chronic illness, divorce, or emotional recovery, I help you move through self-awareness, insight and integration. My coaching sessions are available in 3 and 6 month commitments and include in-between session support for continued guidance and care. 


 

Restorative Yoga & The Self-Care Series


Gentle, somatic, grounded and safe.  Restorative Yoga is nervous system medicine. My yoga sessions are trauma informed, intentionally slow and restorative, infused with supportive props to support the body, and therapeutic breathwork and meditation techniques to bring the nervous system back to a calm and resting state.  They are especially suited for women recovering from trauma, fatigue, chronic pain, or overstimulation.

Each session supports you in coming back to your body through self-awareness, mindfulness and self-regulation.   Sessions are available privately in-person in the Mesa, AZ area and soon to be announced wellness retreats and studios in the valley.


 

Green Goddess Creations - My Self-Care in Action


My kitchen is a sacred space of creativity, expression, joy and medicine for my heart.   Green Goddess Creations is my line of small-batch homemade cookies, jams, butters, all made with real, organic, sustainably sourced ingredients.  


My menu is small but mighty.  You’ll find organic chewy peanut butter cookies, sweet oatmeal raisin cookies, melt-in-your-mouth Mexican wedding cookies, herb-infused grass-fed butters, and bright blueberry lemon jam. These aren’t just snacks, they’re edible affirmations.  Keep checking back for added menu items. 

 

Baking is one of my most beloved nervous system regulating therapies. It keeps me grounded, playful, and present. Sharing it with you is part of my self-care practice, and I hope these gifts becomes part of yours too.


 

How It All Fits Together


My work is rooted in one powerful truth: we are not meant to compartmentalize our healing.


Self-Care Mastery is the central ecosystem where everything begins. It offers the foundational framework, the education, rituals, and tools that nourish your body, mind, and spirit. 


From there, my life coaching helps bring those principles into your day-to-day reality, meeting you in the messy middle with compassion and clarity. 


Private yoga and group classes serve as the embodied practice, gently guiding you back into presence and safety within your own skin. 


And Green Goddess Creations is the joyful expression, the nourishment, creativity, and sensory delight that keeps the journey grounded and real.


Together, these offerings create a holistic pathway to reclaiming your health, your joy, and your identity. It’s not about perfection, it’s about creating a life that feels aligned, empowered, and sustainable.


You don’t have to choose just one path. You can move between them, return to what you need, and evolve over time. They are designed to work together, like roots, branches, breath, and rhythm, all supporting the sacred ecosystem of your well-being.
